Do Life came to London and I was there !!! →
bendoeslife: Some more snapshots from the day.  We ran for 45 minutes or so, then moseyed our way over to Wetherspoon’s for a two and a half hour lunch. Laughs, beers, chicken strips and English accents abound.  A perfect day.

Long time no post ??
Been a while since I put it out there, so here’s an update from me. Just had to laugh when I saw an earlier post about an almost 10 minute mile pace, I’ve now cracked 8 minutes!! Always good to see progress, especially significant ones. Will add more later on, need to get back into the blog habit. Tchuss
